Dendrobate Delight Earrings (Sterling Silver)

$100.00

These bead-embroidered earrings encompass my love of frogs, beadwork, and interesting rocks!

The centerpiece of these stunning earrings is A-grade dumortierite I acquired at Colors of the Stone, the colossal gem show in Tucson. Dumortierite is a rare variety of quartz and I immediately nabbed these beautiful cabochons when I saw how much they resembled poison dart frogs.

The dumortierite is surrounded by fine Czech glass beads and color-coordinated Japanese seed beads, stitched with Fireline on English beading felt and backed with Ultrasuede.

The froggy charms are base metal, but the ear wires and other metal are .925 sterling silver.

The earrings are 2” long (2.5” long when you count the froggies) and 1.25” wide.
